What is Ivory Grounds?
We're a mobile espresso bar specializing in coffee catering for events in the Milwaukee, Chicago, Madison, and other surrounding areas.
Where are you based?
Our home base is in the Milwaukee metro area , but we are happy to travel to accommodate events in the greater Wisconsin and Illinois region.
What's included in your service?
Our full-service package includes a professional espresso bar , locally roasted beans , professional baristas , organic whole milk and dairy-free options . We also offer branded signage, bottled drinks, and much more.
Do you do brand activations or corporate pop-ups?
Yes! We work with global brands, Fortune 500 companies, and local teams to create high-impact coffee moments. Ask us about custom branding options .
Can you print our logo on the lattes?
Logo latte printing is one of our most popular add-ons! You can also customize your cart signs, menus, bottled drinks, and more for a fully branded experience.
How many guests can you serve?
We can serve as many clients as you have! However, much larger events will require more notice and may have different pricing structures.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is completely dependent on guest count , duration , travel , and customizations . The fastest way to get correct pricing is to fill out our quick inquiry form.
What do you need from the venue?
We need a 20 amp outlet and a flat 5x5 space to set up. No kitchen or extra water source is needed!
Are you Insured?
Absolutely. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
We often book several months out for large-scale activations, conferences, weddings, and peak seasons. Last-minute events are welcome too—we'll always help if we have availability. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot, credited back on your final invoice. We recommend saving your date as soon as you're ready!
